How I Work

I have a relatable, informal approach to psychotherapy, aiming to create a comfortable space for discussing even the most challenging topics. I am a queer affirmative and kink aware practitioner.

In our initial meeting, we create a comfortable space for you to freely discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and any questions. Together, we can explore your concerns and shape a future that feels right for you.

As an Integrative Therapist, I blend ideas from Humanistic Psychotherapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, and Solution Focused Therapy, providing understanding, introspection, as well as proactive tools for positive change. I have a particular interest in how our time in high school can still affect our lives now.
